Oliver Maier

As a member of RefineValue’s Corporate Affairs and Marketing team, Oliver Maier advises multinationals and family businesses on searches for C-level. Beyond this Oliver was able to gain extensive experience in developing and implementing ambitious hiring programs and onboarding strategies to attract the best female talent over the past years. In addition, Oliver supports the Professional Services team on CEO, C-Level and top positions in COO/CFO/HR divisions searches.

Prior to joining RefineValue, Oliver was responsible for various functions (Business Development/Marketing, Communications, Finance, HR, IT, Operations) at legal firms and consulting companies, most recently as COO for Europe at Linklaters.
