Oliver Maier

As a member of RefineValue’s Family Business Advisory Team, Oliver Maier advises on the development of family and shareholder boards, shareholder competence and the role of the family in the company. He also advise on benchmarking and improving corporate governance. He specializes in the development, evaluation and succession planning of boards and management teams in large family businesses.

Before joining RefineValue, Oliver Maier worked in various management positions for internationally renowned law firms and consulting companies, most recently at Linklaters as COO Europe. Oliver holds a degree in Business Administration from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and a Master of Laws from the Goethe-University in Frankfurt.
