Thomas Hoehne is Managing Partner of RefineValue and leads the firm’s Board Services and CEO Advisory practice. He works closely with chairmen, CEOs, and business-owning families in high-stakes leadership and governance situations to create long-term value and enable peak performance.

His expertise includes CEO performance, board effectiveness, and strategy. Thomas helps clients build resilient organizations and stay ahead in an increasingly competitive global environment.

Throughout his career, he has partnered with chairmen and CEOs of some of the world’s most respected public and private companies—always driven by impact at the highest level. Before founding RefineValue, Thomas advised leading European corporates, family enterprises, and institutional investors on high-profile, cross-border M&A transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked closely with family offices across Europe, developing tailored governance and investment solutions for entrepreneurial families.

Thomas holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and studied corporate finance and strategy at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
