Melanie Fischer

Melanie Fischer focuses on CEO performance and partners with CEOs and chairs during high-pressure periods — from the first 100 days to activist scrutiny, complex mergers, deep restructurings, and full-scale turnarounds.

She has a proven track record of keeping investors, employees, and boards fully engaged throughout difficult tenures. Melanie is also passionate about leadership development and is the co-initiator of RefineValue’s Executive Leadership Program, designed to prepare the next generation of CEOs.

Before joining RefineValue, Melanie gained extensive experience in strategy, leadership, and corporate governance at some of the world’s largest telecommunications and consumer corporations. She started her career at a top-tier management consulting firm.

Melanie holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London.
