Marius Weber focuses on CEO performance and board effectiveness. He works with chairmen, CEOs, and entrepreneurial leaders across Europe, North America and Asia on make-or-break decisions to accelerate and protect enterprise value.

His expertise includes CEO performance and board effectiveness, with a focus on benchmarking, evaluations, and performance reviews of boards, CEOs, and C-suite executives, as well as deep expertise in activism defense, shareholder engagement, and complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Before joining RefineValue, Marius gained extensive industry experience at a leading global investment bank, where he advised multinational corporations, family businesses, and private equity firms on high-profile, complex M&A transactions.

Marius holds a Master’s in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and studied at Università Bocconi and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
