Marius Weber

Marius Weber heads the Zurich office and is responsible for RefineValue’s business in Switzerland. His focus is on board and executive development and succession planning. Marius combines extensive experience in various industries with a passion for high performance environments and leadership team development.

Marius gained extensive industry experience as an Executive Director at UBS, where he advised multinational corporations, family businesses and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, he worked as a manager in a Big4 firm. Marius holds a Master in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and studied at Bocconi University and WHU (Otto Beisheim School of Management).
