Maria Rossi specializes in CEO performance and works with leaders across Europe, North America, and Asia to enhance CEO performance.

She is an expert in CEO transitions and large-scale transformations, particularly in special situations such as restructuring, turnaround, and mergers. She has a proven track record of keeping investors on board during challenging times.

Before joining RefineValue, Maria worked as the Chief of Staff for a Europe Stoxx 50 company. Maria started his career at a top-tier management consulting firm.

She holds an MBA from Wharton, as well as a Master’s degree in Finance from Università Bocconi.
