Lukas Schaefer is a member of our Research Team and specializes in succession planning for Chairmen, CEOs and Boards of Directors.

Lukas has more than four years of experience recruiting top executives for various companies, most recently at IBM, where he was responsible for executive recruiting for the EMEA region. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology from the FU Berlin.
