Lukas Schäfer specializes in board effectiveness and works with chairmen and CEOs across Europe and North America. His focus is on benchmarking, evaluations, and performance reviews of boards, CEOs, and C-suite executives.

Before joining RefineValue, Lukas worked at a leading global IT and technology company, where he benchmarked, developed, and trained top management and board members.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology from Freie Universität Berlin.
