Julia Franke

As head of the London office, Julia Franke oversees RefineValue’s relationships with leading global investors, including private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, and business-owning families and their family offices. She advises chairmen, CEOs, entrepreneurial families, and investors in high-stakes leadership and governance situations, helping them achieve sustainable success.

Her expertise covers CEO performance and board effectiveness, with a particular focus on board composition and governance dynamics. Julia is a trusted advisor to investors, chairs, and CEOs, and has been involved in a number of high-profile, large-scale transformations as well as critical risk and resilience mandates.

Prior to joining RefineValue, Julia led the investor consulting practice at a top-tier global leadership advisory firm. Earlier in her career, she gained extensive industry experience as a member of the leadership team at a Big 4 consulting firm. There, she advised multinational corporations and investors on portfolio companies in the areas of strategy and corporate governance.

Julia holds a Master of Science in Psychology and Business Administration from LMU Munich.
