Thomas Hoehne

As Managing Partner of RefineValue, Thomas Höhne is responsible for advising supervisory boards, boards of directors and CEOs. His focus is on the evaluation, benchmarking, development and succession planning. Thomas Höhne is an experienced advisor on the strategic alignment of supervisory and management boards, in particular on increasing effectiveness and performance. He also advises board chairs and CEOs on optimizing committee collaboration, reviewing committee composition, and realigning and optimizing committees. Thomas is passionate about DE&I and helping organizations embed gender equality and LGBTQ+ into their strategy and culture.

Thomas gained extensive industry experience at Commerzbank, where he advised listed companies, family businesses and investors on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, he worked for several financial service providers. He studied at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
