Thomas Hoehne

As Managing Partner of RefineValue, Thomas Hoehne is responsible for the consulting of boards and executive committees. His focus is on the review, benchmarking, development and succession planning of boards and executive committees. Thomas Hoehne is an experienced consultant in the strategic alignment of boards and executive committees, with a particular focus on increasing board effectiveness. He advises shareholders, chairmen and CEOs on the review of the composition, the design of competence profiles and the optimization of committees. Thomas is passionate about DE&I and supports organizations in embedding gender equality and LGBTQ+ in their strategy and culture.

Thomas gained extensive industry experience at Commerzbank, where he advised listed companies, family businesses and investors on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, he worked for several financial service providers. He studied at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
