Melanie Fischer

Melanie’s primary focus is on increasing the effectiveness of boards and management teams. She focuses on the development and implementation of methodologically valid audits, including 360-degree feedback and assessments, as well as the fundamental and comprehensive evaluation of board effectiveness. She is an expert in developing customized development plans and effective onboarding programs. She is passionate about solving social problems and is the co-initiator of RefineValue’s Executive Leadership Program.

Melanie has extensive experience in strategy, leadership and corporate governance at BCG, British Telecom and Nike. Most recently, she was Head of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability at British Telecom. Melanie holds an MBA from WHU (Otto Beisheim School of Management) and a Masters in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College.
