RefineValue’s Career Accelerate Program is aimed at outstanding candidates with the goal to support their personal, professional and career development, preparing them for the next career step. In our Career Accelerate Program, we accompany you as a sparring partner through your career and, based on your goals and expectations, develop a customized medium-term career strategy with you in a structured program. In an open exchange, we discuss different starting points and give new impulses for your career. The aim is to plan your next career step together and develop your career further. We focus on a long-term relationship with you and a trustful exchange in all questions concerning your career. As experts with firsthand industry experience, our consultants support you far beyond traditional career matters during your sparring sessions and reflect on industry developments or current topics with you. More than 80 percent of alumni who have completed RefineValue’s Career Accelerate Program have taken on new roles, switched industries or functions. On average, alumni of the program were promoted within 3 years and were able to increase their salary by 20 percent.

Structure of the Career Accelerate Program
Discuss your professional expectations and career goals as well as the Career Accelerate Program itself with you.
Based on your interests, your coach then proceeds to develop a joint coaching plan with you in a first coaching session.
At regular intervals, we reflect on personal behavior patterns and discuss current topics.
Your coach discusses learning opportunities with you, sets new stimulus points with you and plans active changes with you.
If required, we can support you with ideas and the selection of suitable executive education programs such as MBAs, leadership programs or certifications.
To support the goal of bringing more women into top leadership positions, RefineValue is dedicated to the promotion of a new generation of female CEOs and board members. We would therefore like to encourage top-class female personalities to apply for the program. In addition, the Career Accelerate program is designed for outstanding candidates with at least 6 years of post-graduate professional experience and a proven track record. The program is open to ambitious talents from Financial Services, Consulting, Private Equity or Digital & Technology, Corporate Finance, Marketing and Sales. Applications are accepted throughout the year and are reviewed on an ongoing basis. We review each application intensively and decide together as a team whether – and if so – which of our consultants will take on the coaching role.
