Jonas Vogelsang

Jonas Vogelsang advise listet companies and private equity portfolio companies with board and C-suite assessment, development and succession planning. Another focus of his work is compensation consulting and the development of leadership and corporate governance. Thanks to his experience and in-depth understanding, Jonas is a valued interlocutor, visionary and sparring partner.

Before joining RefineValue, Jonas was responsible for a project portfolio of strategic programs in the context of new business models at Siemens. Prior to that, he supported start-ups on their way to scale-up at Rocket Internet in Global Venture Development. Jonas holds a degree in Business Informatics from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HHL in Leipzig.
