Lisa Meyer, the Deputy Office Head in Frankfurt, is a seasoned expert in board effectiveness. She works with families and investors across Europe to improve the performance of boards in portfolio companies.

Her expertise includes board excellence and board composition, with a focus on family and investor governance, defining the purpose and strategic direction of boards, optimizing board and committee alignment, and enhancing decision-making in the boardroom. Additionally, she leads RefineValue’s research team, ensuring the firm’s work is grounded in cutting-edge insights and benchmarks.

Prior to joining RefineValue, Lisa gained more than 25 years of experience across corporates, management consulting, and executive search.

She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Zurich.
